Can I return my purchase? How?

If your item(s) are incorrect or damaged, please contact us within five days of receiving the package so we can remedy the issue. 

Items* must be returned within 15 days of in-store purchase or receipt of package for store credit only. Item(s) must adhere to our return guidelines below:

*sale items, hats, candles, jewelry, beauty products, and accessories are FINAL SALE

Return Guidelines

To receive store credit for your return, the item(s) must:

♥︎ be unworn and unwashed
♥︎ be free of odors and/or stains
♥︎ still have original tags attached
♥︎ be shipped or dropped off to our storefront and received within 15 days of customer receipt.
 

Store credit will not be given for returns that do not adhere to the above Return Guidelines.

*Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from the amount refunded in the form of a gift card*

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. All returns are issued as store credit in the full amount of the purchase (including tax).

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of online purchase. Call or email for assistance in cancelling your order.
